In addition to such components with optical functions, we also manufacture precision parts where high geometric accuracy is paramount, such as air bearing components or micro-milled parts. With an extensive inventory of ultra-precision machines and corresponding measurement technology, we achieve accuracies down to the sub-micrometer range and surface roughness up to approximately 1 nm [Ra]. Machine Park
We develop and build the ultra-precision machines used in our production ourselves. This allows us to respond flexibly to unusual requests. Currently, over 30 UP machines in various sizes and configurations are available for production, ranging from multi-axis micro-milling machines to roll-turning machines.
