Upon request, we integrate all our interferometer systems into our UP machine for quality control in a single clamping. Whether with a simple fringe pattern display or fully automatic fringe analysis for visualizing the 3D topography, the technical specifications of the interferometer systems are identical to those of the stand-alone systems.
MMC 900
The larger travel range of the MMC900 offers the option to mount a 6-inch interferometer next to the Z-axis. After machining the workpiece, the X-table is moved under the interferometer to measure the surface.
